About Squad Box
No. We are happy to provide our service for any team or group that wishes. Certain minimum requirements do apply.
Yes absolutely! Just make sure you order your boxes in enough time for your scheduled date.
Yes absolutely! Just make sure you order your boxes in enough time for your scheduled date.
Yes. Just make sure you put your order through in time to get the boxes delivered for the tournament. Pro Tip: be sure to get enough boxes as if your team will make it to the tournament finals. If your team does not make it, then you will have a Squad Box left over for your teams next regular season game.
A Squad Box Kit consists of 1 Hydration Item, 1-3 Nutritious Energy Items and 1 Recovery Item.
One Kit is used by one player for one game. A Team’s Squad Box can have up to 22 Kits in a single box, each Kit being used for 1 player on the team.
Example for a Team of 16 players: 16 total Kits in the Squad Box – 1 Kit per player for a game. On Team Orders it will display ‘Price Per Player’ – this refers to the cost of each players’ Kit.
Similar principals apply to Athletic Camp orders and Tournaments
Individual orders and the Kits follow the same principals, but the individual athlete can use them however they wish.

No. You can do one game or the entire season. Squad Box has no cancellation fees on subscriptions.
Yes. At the current time Squad Box is only available in Canada.
Team Reps
Refrigerator will be most optimal. If not, then a cold storage will work great also. Either way, we recommend storing boxes in a cool, dry place.
Your team rep is the individual who is handling your Squad Box account on behalf of your team.
At the current time, no. This method presents many challenges. However, this is something Squad Box is looking into implementing in the future. We recommend having each member of the team send you (team rep) an e-transfer for the Price Per Player amount once a month, or whenever you all decide as a team.

No, Squad Box does not charge a fee to cancel your subscription.
If you would like to cancel your subscription, follow these instructions:
- Login to Squad Box.
- Under “My Account” select “Orders”. <!--

- Click on the “Edit Order” that you wish to change.
- You will be redirected to Our Plans page with your order data selected and from there you can change whatever you want.
- After successfully placing a new order, the old order will be cancelled. On the next delivery day you will receive your updated box contents.
Delivery
Your Squad Box is sent to the shipping address that your team rep inputs.
Most sports teams play numerous games in a week and even two-to-three games over a weekend alone. It is the most efficient way to get our customers the right amount of Squad Boxes so you never miss out on a game.
In this case, there are a few things that you can do! You can either have a buzzer code left in your special delivery instructions so that the driver can leave the box in your lobby or at your door. Alternatively, you can have the boxes shipped to another member of the team who can bring the box to the game.
During checkout, you will see a field titled ‘First shipment date’ in the Billing Details. Select which date you want your first delivery. After that, it is up to you as to how often you receive your next boxes. This can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

Squad Box Contents & Customization Options
Yes. You can add or change the contents of your Squad Box at any time. The new contents will be in the next delivery.
We make sure all our products have a very desirable expiration date. Therefore, a typical box can last weeks and even months until contents expire.
Yes. But if Squad Box has already sent out a shipment, then your team will not get updated items/boxes until the next recurring delivery.
Squad Box has a variety of allergy-friendly products. MAKE SURE to select those options for your boxes.

Business Sponsorship
Yes! You can sponsor a team for the entire season, or a select number of games. Another option is to sponsor a select dollar amount (Ex. $500) to apply towards a team and that team can use the sponsor towards their Squad Box. Contact us for more details at info@squadbox.ca
