One of the most common trends among athletes is the lack of attention and value put on nutrition and hydration within the hour leading up to the game and the first 20-30 minutes after a game.
That’s why we give all athletes, no matter the sport or level of play, the greatest chance of advancement and success, all while enhancing the excitement of competition.
